Honeydew Milk Tea

Ingredients

• 2 cups Chopped Honeydew Melon
• 2 tbsp. Honey
• 1 cup Jasmine Tea
• 2 cups Milk of Choice
• 1 tbsp. Matcha Powder
• Tapioca Pearls (optional)

Directions

To a blender add honeydew, honey, jasmine tea, milk, and matcha and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture and then add prepared tapioca pearls to the bottom of two glasses. Fill the glass with ice and then pour the strained honeydew tea in each glass, filling to the top. Garnish with honeydew balls and serve immediately.
