Papaya Salsa Mexicana
Ingredients
- 2 large avocados, diced
- 5 cups grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cup fresh papaya, diced
- ¼ red onion, minced
- 2 handfuls fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 large fresh jalapeno, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Let sit at least 30 minutes up to overnight for flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite chips for a sweet and savory snack.
